Every month Aerostar Airport Holdings, the private operator of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, identifies one or two travelers who, after arriving on the island, stay in its facilities for an indefinite period. This month, one of them was Víctor Torres, a 62-year-old Puerto Rican with family in San Lorenzo.
