The Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) approved yesterday the extension of the contract with LUMA Energy, under a supplemental agreement that will be effective tomorrow, December 1, until June 30, 2023, which will allow the company to continue operating Puerto Rico power grid´s transmission and distribution system.
