New YorkIf you walk through the streets of East Harlem, known as El Barrio, in Manhattan, you may run into Luis Muñoz Marín Boulevard or a mural honoring Julia de Burgos on 106th Street. Meanwhile, in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, you may see a sign that lets you know you have reached the Avenue of Puerto Rico.
