The Executive Committee of the Initiative for Decentralization of Education and Autonomy of Regions (IDEAR) has postponed for one month the selection and designation of the first three geographical areas that will begin to operate as Local Education Agencies (LEAs), with more autonomy in administrative and academic matters, as part of the work to decentralize the Education Department.
