Preliminary Medicare Advantage (MA) rates show a “slight increase” of 1.6% in premiums in Puerto Rico for 2018. However, this increase is “minimal” when compared to the cutbacks promoted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) over the past six years.
