Medellín, Colombia - At about 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday and half an hour late, Colombia´s president, Iván Duque, appeared on the computer screen to answer El Nuevo Día´s question, during the ProColombia the Business Roundtable. ProColombia is the agency promoting tourism, exports, and foreign investment in that country.
