The Association of Clinical Laboratories (ALC) denounced that the new contracts of two of the insurers participating in the Vital government health plan are oppressive and violate the provisions of the Insurance Code, urging the intervention of the Health Insurance Administration (ASES), the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OCS) and the Legislature.
