Washington, D.C. - If Puerto Rico achieves access to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the island’s government will have to create an expedited process to integrate, without penalty, Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) recipients who are in the informal economy, according to economists.
