The Fiscal Oversight Board yesterday asked U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain to endorse the central government’s Plan of Adjustment (POA), a proposal that they alleged is based on the multiple legal and economic concessions that creditors made thanks to months of confidential negotiations led by the Mediation Team.
