Some municipalities, agencies, and nonprofits have failed to provide documentation proving how they used federal aid after Hurricane María
Municipalities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations are at risk of having to return money that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) advanced for immediate work after Hurricane María hit the island in 2017 because they have not submitted evidence of its use, said the director of the Central Office of Recovery, Reconstruction, and Resilience (COR3), Manuel Laboy.
