Washington - President Joe Biden appointed Puerto Rican Gretchen Sierra Zorita to the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, where she will serve as Deputy Director for Puerto Rico and the Territories. According to the White House, this is the first time there has been a position with that title and duties within the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, which addresses island affairs.
